I completed a holistic review of HR practices, policies, and employment law compliance, then provided a prioritized list of recommendations to be implemented over a 12-month period. This report conveyed the expected impact of implementing each recommendation, as well as insight into whether the company could implement recommendations independently or with my assistance.
We now have a roadmap to guide development of the company’s HR function while assuring we are prioritizing solutions for their greatest HR needs. As we have implemented portions of the plan, I have also advised on other people-related issues along the way, such as compensation (salary and variable), culture, leadership development, and performance management, providing a holistic approach to HR.
